Delete your account

You can delete your Atra account and its data at any time, from inside the app or by email. Deletion is permanent: it cannot be undone, and the data cannot be recovered afterwards.

Option 1 — from the app

Fastest, and takes effect immediately. Open Atra, sign in, go to Settings, then tap Delete account and confirm.

Option 2 — by email

If you no longer have the app installed. Write to support@atracoach.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We action deletion requests within 30 days. We may need to confirm that you own the address before deleting anything.

What gets deleted

Your profile — name, email, photo and sign-in credentials. Your training sessions, performance marks and how you rated each session. Your pain and injury history. Your messages, conversations and group memberships. Your roster and team memberships, and any notes a coach wrote about you. Your appointments, notification settings and push tokens. If you are a head coach, the teams you own are deleted with the account.

What may remain

We may retain data where we must, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. Separately, if you competed for a college or university program, that Institution may keep its own performance records under its own retention policy. Those records belong to the program rather than to your Atra account, so deleting your account does not remove them.
