Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Atra ("Atra", "we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Atra.

1. Eligibility

Atra is intended for student-athletes and coaches aged 13 and older. By using Atra you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@atracoach.com if you suspect unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion removes your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

Atra includes social features - direct messages, group conversations, and friend connections. You agree to use them respectfully and lawfully. You must not use Atra to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, impersonate, or intimidate any person.

• Post or send content that is unlawful, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable.

• Share another person's private information without consent, or spam, scam, or distribute malware.

• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

4. No tolerance for objectionable content

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior on Atra. You are solely responsible for the content you post or send. We provide tools to report objectionable content and to block abusive users directly from any conversation. We review reports and act on them - including removing content and suspending or terminating offending accounts - within 24 hours. We may remove content or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

5. User content

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant Atra a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate the service (for example, delivering your messages to their recipients and showing your performance data to your coaches). You represent that you have the rights necessary to share the content you post.

6. Coach and Institution access

When you join a team, your profile, training sessions, and performance marks become visible to the coach who owns that team and to authorized Institution staff, as described in the Privacy Policy. This sharing is a core feature of the product.

7. Service "as is"

Atra is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

You may stop using Atra and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the service or other users.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the changes means you accept the updated Terms.
