Roster

Know the whole team.

Every athlete in one place, split into the event groups you actually coach. They join themselves with a team code.

The Atra roster: ninety-one athletes on the team, filtered by event group - multi, sprints, jumps, throws, distance - each card showing the athlete's graduating year and their events.

Readiness

Read the room before practice.

Athletes check in from bed. You get one number for the team, and the names sitting behind it.

The coach's home screen in the Atra app: team readiness at 8.0 out of 10 with nobody at risk, the week strip filtered by event group, team momentum over seven days and a link to the injury map.

Schedule

Plan the week.

Team sessions, one-on-one appointments and travel, group by group.

The Atra schedule: a training week laid out hour by hour, with a jump session, a strength session, a pole vault session and a meeting with athletes.

Athlete profile

Keep the bests.

Personal bests by event and one-rep maxes from the weight room, in whichever units the athlete thinks in.

An athlete profile in the Atra app: a sprinter's height and weight, a 100m personal best of 10.12 seconds, and one-rep maxes for the power clean and the squat.

Training plans

Write the workout.

Built once on the dashboard, assigned to an event group or to one athlete, and ticked off on their phone as they get through it.

Training plans on the Atra dashboard: sixteen plans, two of them live, filtered by event group, each card showing the microcycle its week was written on.

Training journal

Log every session.

Track work and weight room, exercise by exercise and set by set, written down on the day and rated out of ten.

The logbook in the Atra app: eight sessions, a jump session rated 8 out of 10, a squat and deadlift session of five exercises and fifteen sets, and a 400m and discus session rated 4.

Scoring tables

Score the decathlon.

Official World Athletics tables, on the dashboard and in the athlete's pocket. Heptathlon and pentathlon too, either way round.

The Atra scoring calculator: a decathlon at 7,503 points, with the 100m, long jump, shot put, high jump, 400m, hurdles, discus and pole vault entered event by event.

Health

Map the pain.

A body map, an injury history, and a request that goes to the athletic trainer.

The pain tab in the Atra app: a body map for logging where it hurts, with the athlete's injury history underneath.

Equipment

Count every pole.

The whole vault rack - length, weight rating, and what is broken - shelf by shelf, so nobody drives to a meet a pole short.

The pole wall in Atra: ninety-two vaulting poles across twelve lengths from 10 to 17.4 feet, fifteen of them broken, drawn on their shelves and rated from 90 to 220 pounds.

Scholarships

Balance the aid.

Cost of attendance, athletic aid and what each athlete is carrying, in-state, out-of-state and international.

The scholarships table in Atra: each athlete's residency, cost of attendance, athletic aid and the share of their cost it covers, with protected and international awards flagged.

Competition

Run the meet.

Entries, venue, start time, travel and the forecast. Results once they are posted.

The meet schedule in the Atra app: the season's competitions with dates, venues, results and live stats links.
